Your privacy, respected.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Local Legend Media ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website, locallegend.media. If you have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide when you fill out and submit a form on our website — such as a contact form, quote request, qualifier survey, or booking request. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name and details
• Any other information you choose to include in your message or responses

We do not require you to provide any information to browse the website. You only share information with us if you choose to submit a form.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or request
• Contact you about our services and your project
• Schedule calls, consultations, or bookings you request
• Provide the services you've asked us about or engaged us for

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

How your information is stored

Form submissions on this website are collected and stored through our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform, GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), which we use to receive, organize, and respond to inquiries. Your information is stored within that platform and is accessible only to us. GoHighLevel processes this data on our behalf; you can review their practices in HighLevel's own privacy policy.

Sharing your information

We only share your information where necessary to operate our business and serve you — specifically with GoHighLevel, the platform that powers our forms and stores our inquiries. We may also disclose information if required by law. Beyond that, we do not share your personal information with outside parties.

Your choices

You are always in control of your information. You may:

• Request to see what information we have about you
• Request that we correct or update your information
• Request that we delete your information from our records
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time

To make any of these requests, just email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Cookies & analytics

This website may use basic cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site and its forms to function properly. We do not currently use your information for third-party advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
